AmCham Bahrain welcomes US-Bahrain Business Council executive delegation

American Chamber of Commerce in Bahrain with the collaboration of EDB, is proud to announce and welcome the US-Bahrain Business Council (USBBC) executive delegations to Bahrain.

USBBC executive delegation was inaugurated on September 14, 2006 at the Chamber of Commerce of the United States of America composed by the following leading American and Bahrain companies: AIG, ALBA, Arcapita, BFH, Brunswick, Contrack, Garmco, Gulf Air, Investcorp Bank, Midal Cables, Overland Capital, Pharos Capital Group, Raytheon, RJI Capital, TAIB bank, Nass Group and Unison.

A diverse audience of government and business leaders, headed by H.E. Dr. Hassan Abdulla Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce, EDB members of AmCham, and leading business companies, and the Bahraini media, will gather at this premier international event - where public and private sector stockholders can address bilateral business relations on May 29, 2007 during a lunch gathering at the Diplomat Radisson SAS, Al Fanar Ballroom.
During the lunch session on the 29th of May, the keynote speaker will be H.E. Dr. Hassan Fakhro, who will focus on investment opportunities in Bahrain and concrete steps to strengthening bilateral business relationships.

The delegation will provide an opportunity for U.S. business leaders to meet and network with the Bahrain business community and key senior government officials. As well as an environment for dialogue on key economic, commercial, and investment issues to American companies seeking to grow their business in Bahrain, the Council also serves as a platform for fostering business to business relationships between American and Bahraini entrepreneurs.

The delegation will be led by Mr. James Godec, Chairman of the USBBC, from 29th of May till the 31st of May who will be pleased to address any query related to the mission. He also encourages the Bahraini business community to take advantage of this gathering to cement business between the U.S. and Bahrain, thus benefiting from the FTA agreement between the two countries.
